If you would like to delete your account or request the deletion of your personal data, you may submit a request using the instructions below.

Requesting Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, please send an email to:

hello@hoominc.com

Include the following information:

• The email address associated with your HOOM account
• The subject line: Data Deletion Request
• A brief confirmation that you would like your data deleted

Example:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please delete my HOOM account and all associated personal data. My account email is [your email].

What Happens Next

After we receive your request:

  1. We will verify your identity to protect your account.
  2. Your account and personal data will be scheduled for deletion.
  3. Most requests are completed within 30 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When a deletion request is completed, we will remove:

• account information
• profile data
• participation records linked to your account
• any stored personal identifiers

Some limited data may be retained where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or financial recordkeeping.
